📋 Description
• Support Trial Strategy Leads in preparing proposals and client deliverables from brief through to final submission • Review RFPs and supporting documentation to identify requirements, deliverables, and timelines • Build proposal foundations using approved templates, historical performance data, case studies, and standard content • Coordinate inputs across Sales, Partnerships, Trial Strategy, Operations, and Marketing — including partnership quotes • Maintain and organise proposal content libraries, templates, and supporting documentation • Support data visualisations and quality reviews to ensure every deliverable is accurate, complete, and on-brand • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of proposal workflows • Identify opportunities to improve how we work — processes, organisation, and cross-team collaboration
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, patient recruitment, clinical trial operations, or a related clinical research function • A solid understanding of patient recruitment strategies and the clinical trial landscape • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball • A proactive mindset — you spot what needs doing and you do it • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and pulling together inputs from different teams • Clear, confident written and verbal communication • Comfort with AI-enabled tools and a genuine curiosity about how technology can improve the way we work • Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you produce
