📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technology roles including Software Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Product, and Data • Build and refine hiring workflows, candidate scorecards, structured interview loops, and funnel analytics • Partner with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Hiring Managers on candidate personas and expectations • Drive targeted sourcing and outbound outreach for niche technical talent • Maintain ATS tracking and monitor funnel conversion metrics • Identify hiring risks and pipeline bottlenecks early • Embed directly with fast-growing European client companies as their technical hiring expert • Support high-impact technology team hiring and deliver a high-touch candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the CEE or Balkans region • 3+ years of dedicated experience in technical recruitment within fast-paced tech, scale-up, or agency environments • Solid grasp of modern software developer ecosystems and tech stacks • Hands-on proficiency using ATS tools such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby • Fluent English at minimum C1 level • Clear, concise, and structured written and verbal communication • Immediate availability or availability within 1–2 weeks • Willingness to collaborate on an indefinite B2B contract • Experience with full-cycle technical recruiting and sourcing channels • Current location in EMEA or within ±2 hours of Central European Time (CET)
