📋 Description
• Travel to project location, take detailed notes and photographs of site (2-3 days per week) • Conducting interviews, in person, via email, and phone • Ordering & analyzing government database records • Performing regulatory agency file reviews • Reviewing historical data (including topographic maps, Sanborn fire insurance maps, city directories, and aerial photographs) • Drafting of a standardized report using information from these various sources • Perform QA/QC to the satisfaction of both management and clients • Completing requested revisions & submitting report within pre-established timelines • Conducting field work to collect samples of potentially contaminated subsurface media (soil, groundwater, and soil vapor) and/or indoor air • Compare analytical contaminant data collected to applicable regulatory standards

• Attention to detail • Strong work ethic • Valid driver license • Capable of field work • Ability and willingness to travel (travel not expected to exceed 2-3 days at a time) • Good computer skills • Independent worker • Commitment to excellence • Phase I Assessments • NEPA Assessments • Preferred Qualifications / Experience: • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification • Licensed Asbestos Inspector • Management Mold assessment experience • Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM E1903) • Property Condition Assessments (ASTM E2018) • Transaction Screen Assessments (ASTM E1528) • Record Search with Risk Assessments (SBA SOP 50 10 6) • Environmental Professional (EP)
