📋 Description

• Provide guidance and best practices for successful application upgrades and/or modernizations using Angular and .NET Core. • Design, develop, and test new features in VA provided applications. Responsible for regular communication with colleagues involved in all development processes. • Analyze, implement, test, and troubleshoot bug-fixes. • Determine user needs; analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepare operating instructions; design and develop autonomous services, desktop applications, web applications, scripts, and utility programs. • Ensure software standards are met. • Use and apply technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. • Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives. • Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. • Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy. Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. • Contribute to completion of milestones associated with specific projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree • Eight (8) years of professional experience; Five (5) years or more as a developer • Minimum two (2) years of experience with Angular (experience with Angular 18+ preferred) • Proficiency in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES5+), TypeScript (4.x), Bootstrap (5.x), jQuery (3.6+) • Strong experience with C# and .NET • Experience with MS SQL Server, including: Writing stored procedures, Managing databases, and Creating tables and writing queries • Experience with: Visual Studio (2019–2022),Git (version control), APIs, Windows environments, Microsoft Azure, IIS (Internet Information Services), SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment • Ability to obtain a VA Public Trust
