📋 Description

• Guide enterprise customers in structuring, implementing, and executing high-impact freight transport tenders on the global SaaS platform • Analyze historical rate, contract, and shipment data • Deliver strategic consultancy and custom bidding scenario models • Lead interactive web-based, in-house, and on-site training sessions • Maximize software adoption and performance for key accounts • Collaborate with an international team to support global clients • Provide strategic cross-departmental insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Professional fluency in both English and French • Strong interpersonal communication abilities • 5+ years of experience in logistics, specifically within freight procurement, tender management, or transport purchasing • Strong analytical mindset • Solid understanding of RFP processes • Advanced MS Excel skills • Professional working proficiency in additional languages such as German or Spanish is a bonus • Direct experience utilizing e-procurement tools or logistics SaaS platforms is a bonus • Practical experience using AI tools and digital technologies to streamline analytical workflows and enhance productivity is a bonus
