📋 Description

• Translate complex business opportunities and customer feedback into clear product requirements and scalable solution concepts. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery and adoption. • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic business importance. • Validate product direction through continuous customer interviews, usage analytics, and deep market research. • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS, logistics, or digital marketplace environments. • A customer-centric mindset with a track record of driving measurable business impact and solving complex problems. • Experience with AI-driven product concepts, workflow automation, or platform ecosystems. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and market insights to drive decisive product outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and make clear decisions in fast-paced, uncertain environments. • Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams within an agile development framework. • Knowledge of freight procurement workflows, including RFQs, tendering, and carrier management (Bonus Points).
