📋 Description

• Define and own the product strategy and outcome-oriented roadmap for the Energy Utility Platform • Be hands-on in execution: write specifications, lead discovery sprints, prioritize backlogs • Collaborate with Energy Operations (subject-matter experts) • Navigate complex regulatory environments and translate them into actionable product requirements • Build and mentor a small PM team over time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with substantial exposure to energy, utilities, or similar regulated platform/infrastructure products • Proven track record owning product strategy (not just execution) • Strong understanding of energy markets, tariff structures, energy trading, or energy retail operations • Experience delivering complex platform or product developments in regulated environments • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
