📋 Description

• Help manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of customer master records in our database • Identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies or duplications in the system • Make recommendations to team leadership for improvements to data validation processes • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and validate customer information • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to team leadership • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets • Work to get appropriate approvals to process basic account merges • Assist with testing for system enhancement projects

🎯 Requirements

• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality • Minimum High School Degree • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field is a plus • 1-2 yrs experience in customer data management or a similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization • Strong customer service and data entry experience is preferred but not mandatory • 1-2 yrs experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other data management tools is preferred but not mandatory • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately • Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data patterns and trends • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
