📋 Description
• Manage the maintenance backlog (bugs, incidents, improvements, and enhancements) • Ensure requirement clarity by writing User Stories and acceptance criteria concisely • Align evolutionary roadmaps with stakeholders and business areas • Monitor incidents, support prioritization, and ensure smooth communication with all parties involved • Monitor metrics such as SLA, MTTR, and delivery quality, proposing continuous improvements • Help structure processes and best practices to make operations more efficient
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a PO, PM, or Product Analyst • Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Strong analytical skills, organization, and problem-solving ability • Clear, direct, and empathetic communication
