📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) in backend and React or Angular in frontend • Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas • Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems • Develop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, stakeholders) to translate requirements into tech solutions • Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.) • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions • Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements • Support claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development roles • Strong proficiency in .NET / C# and at least one frontend framework, React or Angular • Solid experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and database design • Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT • Experience with healthcare data standards, in specific with HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc) is a must • Understanding of claims processing concepts (837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows, provider dataflows) • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
