📋 Description

• Manage the successful delivery of complex commercial projects • Set up and tailor delivery processes • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Plan project resources and assemble and lead project teams • Motivate team members and foster a comfortable, friendly atmosphere • Create project schedules and timelines • Manage project estimation, time, and scope • Manage project risks and implement necessary changes • Ensure continuous process improvement • Track deliverables and monitor and report project status • Resolve project issues • Ensure project and product quality and customer satisfaction • Interact with the Lead Delivery Manager • Align project execution with product vision, client needs, and intended business value • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and maximize ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Project Management • Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of complex commercial projects from inception to successful delivery • Strong expertise in strategic planning, task prioritization, and managing multiple parallel delivery streams • Ability to plan, organize, and adapt delivery processes to shifting priorities • Experience creating project charters, detailed WBS, and comprehensive schedules using CPM, Gantt charts, MS Project or similar • Experience building sprint plans, managing release cycles, and transforming scope into actionable, trackable tasks • Proficiency in applying appropriate SDLC frameworks • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication • Experience using MS Teams, ADO, and Wiki for collaboration and reporting • Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing team capacity across distributed, cross-functional teams • Experience using RACI matrices and workload planning • Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating delivery risks using qualitative and quantitative techniques, including Probability-Impact matrices and ROAM • Experience defining and monitoring quality metrics, including defect density, rework rates, and acceptance rates • Experience with effort estimation in hours and story points; developing LOE and utilization plans • Experience tracking schedule and utilization variances and implementing corrective actions • Experience defining and tracking delivery metrics, including velocity, burn rate, and throughput • Advanced/Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English • Developer/Architect or BA experience (nice-to-have) • Experience working with enterprise-level companies (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of the SAFe framework (nice-to-have) • PMP certification or equivalent (nice-to-have)
