📋 Description
• Lead U.S. and UK regulatory compliance strategy ensuring alignment with frameworks. • Oversee compliance across product development, labelling, marketing, and retail partnerships. • Ensure product safety, supplier compliance, and manufacturing standards support regulatory requirements. • Review and approve product labelling and packaging. • Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in food & beverage, CPG, cannabis, hemp, or nutraceutical sectors. • Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulatory frameworks, including FDA and FTC regulations. • Experience managing product labelling, regulatory documentation, and marketing compliance. • Experience implementing compliance processes in a scaling organization. • Strong ability to translate complex regulations into operational guidance.
