📋 Description

• Review fraud signals regularly, adding, removing and refining them to distinguish suspicious activity from legitimate users. • Own the fraud-related segments of the user segmentation system, including interpreting signals and monitoring category performance over time. • Work with the product team on fraud verification tools for different markets, including FaceTec and potential ID scanning or phone verification methods. • Investigate users flagged for manual review, including ambiguous cases in the Tremendous queue, and improve the review process. • Identify gaps in available signals and recommend third-party tools for the product roadmap. • Collaborate with the analyst responsible for gameplay signals and with product and data colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and shape detection or prevention decisions, not just working alongside a fraud team. • Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segments or review processes, with an interest in how those decisions change as tactics evolve. • Ability to work with product and other teams to turn analysis into operational fraud controls.
