📋 Description

• Own ad monetisation strategy for a portfolio of games, building, optimizing, and managing monetisation setups to maximize revenue • Design and execute monetisation-related product decisions • Lead integration, testing, and rollout of new monetisation partners • Manage relationships with ad providers • Propose and drive new monetization initiatives, partnering with engineering to scope and build solutions • Track eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, and other core KPIs, and report performance and insights to Product, UA, and leadership • Serve as primary point of contact for ad networks, handling technical troubleshooting, escalations, and partner accountability • Design and read A/B tests with statistical rigor • Collaborate with Product, QA, and User Acquisition teams to share insights, enhance workflows, and drive efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in ad monetisation in gaming • Hands-on experience with MAX mediation platform • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, dashboards, or analytical frameworks • Self-sufficient, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-changing environment • Knowledge of Looker for analytics and reporting is a plus
