📋 Description

• Contribute to building the sales pipeline and driving revenue growth • Continuously expand our customer portfolio through new business acquisition • Apply an innovative sales approach to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets • Develop a consultative solution-selling process for prospects • Present sales analyses in one-on-one and group management meetings • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer acquisition process • Own the full sales cycle for your leads and opportunities, including prospecting, multi-channel outreach, online demos, and contract negotiation • Play a key role in executing our growth strategy across the DACH region and Europe • Proactively manage international inbound leads generated through our marketing channels

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling software/SaaS solutions • Proven experience selling software or SaaS products (preferred) • Familiarity with DACH customer needs, demonstrated through curiosity, open-ended questioning, and active listening • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German • Strong teamwork and integration skills in an international environment • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives • Genuine interest in technology and digital services • Results-driven with a determination to meet personal sales targets
