📋 Description

• Oversee all Public Entity and appointed broker lead generation activities • Manage the Western Region sales team • Create revenue paths in the Public Entity and related Brokerage markets • Travel to prospective accounts, existing clients, trade shows, and corporate meetings • Work with existing and new Regional Business Development (RBD) team members • Develop rapport and credibility with potential clients and industry consultants • Delegate sales lead to propose responses to “Request for Proposals” from potential clients • Participate in client implementation meetings in coordination with Sales Team and Operations • Maintain consistent contact at various client levels • Focus on profitability of the business segment ensuring a solid EBITDA (>10%)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred) • Seven (7) years sales experience • 3 years of Sales Management • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines • A working knowledge of Excel, Word, TC 2.0, and SalesForce • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of Solution Selling
