⢠Install, maintain and repair TA Triumph-Adler products and other systems at customer sites ⢠Record all service-related data in our Service Management System ⢠Assess warranty and guarantee cases ⢠Serve as the product contact in close cooperation with Sales ⢠Market technical services ⢠Coordinate and provide support from product specialists
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed training as an Information Electronics Technician for Office Systems or an equivalent qualification ⢠Career changers with relevant experience, strong expertise and a passion for information electronics are welcome ⢠Strong service orientation ⢠Solid system knowledge and professional experience in copier and print technology are an advantage ⢠Good knowledge of IT and network technology ⢠Team player with a passion for technology and customer advisory ⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills ⢠Very good German language skills ⢠English skills for documentation ⢠Driver's license (Class B) required
