📋 Description

• Manage a team of internal or client-side Analysts, maintaining work pace and operational discipline • Deliver and complete the implementation of the work methodology, processes, and tools • Develop controls for day-to-day operations • Manage management analyses, results, and Controllership KPIs • Monitor cash flow and prepare Treasury projections • Participate with the CFO in weekly meetings and monthly closing meetings with clients • Ensure customer satisfaction through monthly NPS assessments • Drive improved client results through the management of reports, KPIs, and cash flow

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Coordinator, Controller, or Finance Manager • Knowledge of financial operational routines • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets • Knowledge of SaaS business models • Experience in FP&A • Advanced knowledge of legal, tax, and accounting matters • Knowledge of the uses, features, and value propositions of SaaS financial tools available on the market • Intermediate English proficiency • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field • Knowledge of the startup market and ecosystem • Adaptability to change • In-depth problem analysis • Teamwork and collaboration • Team leadership • Interpersonal communication • Planning and organization • Customer focus • A postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is a plus
