📋 Description

• Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (not Amazon). • Analyze campaign performance, focusing on cost per conversion and total conversions as key success metrics. • Continuously test and refine creatives, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid strategies with overall lead generation goals. • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn). • Strong analytical skills with a track record of reducing cost per conversion while increasing lead volume. • Deep understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and ad creative best practices. • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution modeling. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of paid media performance.
