📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple active qualitative research projects • Partner with Project Managers on project setup, execution, and closeout • Build working relationships with Project Management, Recruiting, and other internal teams • Pull, format, and maintain Excel grids for real-time recruitment visibility • Support distribution and collection of project materials, including homework assignments and consent forms • Monitor project progress and identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies • Communicate issues and partner with Project Managers on timely resolution • Participate in project kickoff calls and align stakeholders on timelines, specifications, and responsibilities • Maintain accurate systems, grids, and documentation • Contribute to quality control ensuring deliverables meet internal and client expectations • Identify process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness • Support additional responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a market research, project coordination, or operations-focused role preferred • Experience working with digital systems or platforms is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong Excel skills required • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams • Proactive problem-solving skills • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Comfort with digital tools and willingness to learn new systems and technologies • Accountability and follow-through • Legally authorized to work in Nicaragua
