📋 Description
• Build and lead TRM’s cyber mission practice • Identify consequential cyber problems and develop perspectives to solve them • Source and qualify opportunities with national leadership • Shape and scope mission programs with customers • Build the commercial structure for engagements • Launch new engagements as interim leader • Build the practice into repeatable processes
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of meaningful cyber experience • Demonstrated commercial ownership of complex engagements • A track record of translating ambitious mission outcomes into delivery plans • Founder-like behavior • Both private- and public-sector fluency • Enough technical fluency in technology and data understanding • Exceptional executive communication skills • Extremely low ego • AI fluency
