📋 Description
• Gather and clarify business requirements during implementations • Translate ambiguous workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and briefs • Prototype flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions to validate direction quickly • Partner with Technical Account Managers to keep implementations moving • Work closely with implementation engineers to refine solutions in-market • Identify recurring workflow patterns and feed them back into the core product • Document decisions, edge cases, and process changes • Support discovery, solution design, and handoff across multiple deployments • Bridge product, delivery, and implementation teams during rollout • Help define workflows, prototype solutions, and shape agent behavior in real-world use
🎯 Requirements
• Early-career product management experience, approximately 1–2 years in an actual product management role • Genuine product management experience rather than relabeled project management • Ability to prototype using AI tooling such as Claude Code or agent-building frameworks • Understanding of how agents are built and how data is passed between them • Comfort building prototypes through prompting and lightweight coding tools • Formal engineering background not required • Ability to translate client problems into software configuration solutions within a constrained product space • Comfort participating in workshops and cross-functional client sessions • Ability to create structure where none exists • Strong judgment with incomplete information • High ownership and bias to action • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience in product, business analysis, solutions consulting, forward-deployed, or implementation roles • Comfort with prototyping, prompting, and workflow design • Likely experience in startup, SaaS, or technical services environments • Based in Latin America, as indicated by the required application question
