📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications and microservices using Python and React • Build clean, efficient RESTful APIs and integrate complex backend services • Support containerized deployments and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines within primarily AWS cloud infrastructure • Leverage AI-powered development tools and incorporate Generative AI capabilities and model integrations where applicable • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and software design discussions • Maintain high code quality and architectural standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment • Deliver high-impact software solutions for the client’s SaaS products for employee and student training, learning management, continuing education, compliance, workforce scheduling, and safety management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development with strong, hands-on proficiency in Python and React • Proven experience designing and building scalable REST APIs and microservices architectures • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, with AWS preferred • Knowledge of CI/CD practices • Experience with containerized deployments, such as Docker • Strong problem-solving skills • Solid software design principles • Experience working in an Agile development setup • Advanced or fluent English communication skills, written and spoken • Must be currently based in Latin America, as indicated by the application form
