📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs • Build scalable applications using Django, Flask, or FastAPI • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and other teams to ensure smooth system integration • Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications • Proactively identify opportunities for technical improvements and best practices • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and modern back-end development practices • Contribute to transformative technology projects for U.S. companies through Truelogic’s nearshore staff augmentation services

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Python back-end development • Strong understanding of RESTful API development and best practices • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks • Proficiency with Git and software development best practices • Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI is preferred • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is a plus • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus • Knowledge of asynchronous programming and task queues such as Celery is a plus • Experience with testing frameworks such as Pytest is a plus • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture is a plus • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership and continuously learn • Reliable internet connection and laptop required for remote work • Currently based in Latin America
