📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Partner with technical leadership and the existing team to evaluate business requirements and architect efficient configuration or custom-development solutions • Build, maintain, and optimize complex automations, workflows, and custom capabilities • Program and support Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code • Execute and support data integrations between Salesforce and external platforms or APIs • Drive the technical execution of the telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys • Evaluate and rebuild associated telephony system integrations and automations • Lead Experience Cloud initiatives and ongoing system enhancements • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the supported environment • Translate business requirements into documented, actionable technical tasks • Create, update, and manage configuration and development tickets using Jira • Operate independently within a distributed team and adapt to shifting priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in both Salesforce development and administration • Proven expertise utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • In-depth knowledge of declarative development and advanced system configuration • Demonstrated hands-on coding experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex • Extensive background in building, managing, and troubleshooting system automations using both standard and custom objects • Solid experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and external APIs • Strong technical judgment to decide between custom development and out-of-the-box configuration • Comfort documenting technical decisions and managing workflows within Jira • Ability to execute complex projects independently with limited supervision • Experience with Genesys integrations highly preferred • Previous experience operating Talkdesk or similar Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) platforms is a strong plus • Direct experience migrating, assessing, or rebuilding telephony-related automations highly desirable • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud is an advantage • Knowledge of or experience integrating Zapier, HiTouch, SMS, or live chat platforms is a plus • Previous experience in a small technical team supporting multiple operational and customer-facing systems is preferred
