• Manage inbound business development inquiries and referrals, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. • Coordinate and draft business proposals, including gathering case studies, capabilities, and tailoring content to client needs. • Lead project management activities for complex RFPs, including timelines, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and submission logistics. • Support business development operations through CRM management (Pipedrive), prospect tracking, outreach coordination, and conference planning. • Oversee marketing project execution, ensuring content calendars, newsletters, webinars, and social media initiatives are delivered on schedule. • Coordinate the creation of case studies by collecting performance results and creative assets from internal teams. • Manage logistics for PR activities, industry award submissions, media requests, and speaking engagements. • Drive process improvements across marketing and sales operations to increase efficiency and optimize workflows.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or Business Development Support roles. • Previous experience working in an agency environment is highly preferred. • Proven experience coordinating proposals, RFPs, pitch processes, and new business initiatives. • Strong written communication skills and experience creating presentations and client-facing materials. • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required. • Only candidates based in LATAM will be considered.
