• Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey with clear communication and a helpful attitude. • Assist clients in connecting their POS systems to our platform (training will be provided). • Navigate our internal interface to build and launch "form-based" ad campaigns on behalf of our clients based on their business goals. • Craft clear, professional, and empathetic emails, and hop on occasional calls to walk clients through the platform. • Identify, log, and help solve minor system bugs or user errors from time to time, escalating complex issues to the engineering team when necessary.
• English: B2+ / C1 with strong written and verbal communication • Experience: 2+ years in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Technical Support • SaaS Experience: Prior experience working with a SaaS product/platform (required) • Client-Facing: Comfortable working directly with clients and guiding them through onboarding • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning software, troubleshooting issues, and navigating dashboards/integrations • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests • Strongly Preferred: Experience with POS systems, Experience in digital marketing / campaign setup, Experience in hospitality or retail tech.
