📋 Description

• Deconstruct complex business problems into modular, clean solutions • Build foundational frameworks and apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS architectural patterns • Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using C#, .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework • Design databases, write complex stored procedures, create indexes, optimize queries, and tune SQL Server performance • Take full responsibility for unit, integration, and performance testing under a Shift Left / No QA team model • Leverage AI development tools for code generation, refactoring, documentation, and execution • Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional engineering squads to translate business requirements into customer-centric features • Work on high-quality, scalable enterprise SaaS applications for a cloud-based HR software provider serving public-sector organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS software development • Experience with C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, enterprise architecture, multi-threading, and asynchronous programming • Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and separation of business and data access layers • Daily experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar • Familiarity with Angular or other modern front-end frameworks • Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines within an Agile environment • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Experience collaborating across distributed teams or squads • Production experience building AI-powered product features is a plus • Experience with event-driven architectures, asynchronous messaging patterns, or distributed systems is a plus • Ability to work from Latin America, as indicated by the required application question asking whether the applicant is currently based in Latin America
