📋 Description

• Conceptualize and produce static and motion/video assets for websites, landing pages, app stores, in-app experiences, social media, and paid acquisition • Create creative assets for lifecycle marketing, growth, and performance campaigns • Design performance-driven ads for YouTube, Meta, and TikTok • Produce motion and short-form video content for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels • Adapt and resize creative across multiple formats, dimensions, placements, markets, and file types • Publish and update content in WordPress, including routine maintenance of marketing web properties • Incorporate generative AI into the creative workflow for ideation, visual development, image generation/editing, and creative variations • Apply art direction and visual judgment to refine AI-assisted outputs into polished, production-ready creative • Maintain organized source files, prompts, generation records, naming conventions, and version control • Present concepts and work in progress to stakeholders and incorporate feedback through final delivery • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience • Advanced proficiency in Figma • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro • Advanced experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and web content publishing • Professional experience using generative AI creative tools in a design/production workflow • Experience creating marketing creative for consumer-facing mobile apps, digital products, or subscription-based products • Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, visual systems, and digital campaigns • Strong visual judgment and exceptional attention to detail and production quality • Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment • Advanced English communication skills • Must be based in Latin America (LATAM) • Nice to have: experience with paid acquisition and performance marketing creative • Nice to have: experience creating short-form video and social platform content • Nice to have: experience with mobile app marketing, SaaS, subscription products, or consumer technology • Nice to have: familiarity with additional AI-powered creative, video, or image-generation tools • Nice to have: experience with design systems and scalable creative templates • Nice to have: understanding of creative performance metrics and their use in design decisions
