📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack features across the frontend, backend, database, and system architecture. • Own feature delivery from design through production, making key technical and architectural decisions. • Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and remote team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Design and implement integrations with payroll, billing, HR, and third-party enterprise systems. • Solve complex technical challenges by balancing scalability, performance, and business priorities. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, automation, and overall engineering productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, modern frontend frameworks (Svelte, React, Vue, or Angular), and relational databases such as PostgreSQL. • Proven experience designing APIs, integrations, authentication, webhooks, and enterprise system connections. • Solid SQL expertise, including schema design, database optimization, migrations, and performance tuning. • Demonstrated ownership of features from requirements through production, including architecture and technical decision-making. • Experience writing automated tests, debugging, and supporting production applications in startup or small-team environments. • Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills for client and stakeholder collaboration. • Must be currently based in Latin America.
