📋 Description

• Produce high-quality marketing and production design assets • Collaborate with designers, strategists, writers, and producers • Work within existing design systems and brand guidelines • Leverage AI tools such as Claude to streamline creative workflows • Prepare production-ready deliverables with exceptional attention to detail • Participate in creative reviews and iterations

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Production Design experience • Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop • Advanced Figma • Experience using Claude and AI tools in professional workflows • Must be currently based in Latin America • Reliable internet connection • Laptop • Adobe Illustrator (nice to have) • Adobe After Effects (nice to have) • Motion graphics knowledge (nice to have) • Experience in agency environments (nice to have) • Experience with AI experimentation in creative environments (nice to have)
