📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. • Coordinate and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production. • Monitor project budgets, hours, and resource utilization against Statements of Work (SOWs). • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and scope changes, and drive resolutions to keep projects on track. • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment. • Improve operational processes, workflows, and project management practices to increase efficiency and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Project Management experience. • Agency experience is required. • Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns. • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning. • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production. • Strong ability to manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope. • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
