📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end (E2E), integration, and API testing frameworks from scratch. • Build automated quality infrastructure that supports rapid product development and deployment. • Develop testing frameworks and evaluation systems for AI/LLM-powered applications, including agentic workflows and RAG-based systems. • Create automated guardrails, confidence metrics, regression detection, and traceability mechanisms for non-deterministic AI systems. • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and continuous delivery. • Leverage AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate test development and maintenance. • Collaborate closely with software engineers to improve testability and establish quality standards across backend and frontend systems. • Implement testing strategies for REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication flows, and microservice architectures. • Monitor application quality in production using observability and analytics tools. • Help drive a culture of engineering excellence, automation, and quality ownership across distributed teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an SDET or Test Automation Engineer. • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js. • Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred), Cypress, or Puppeteer. • Extensive experience testing REST and GraphQL APIs, including authentication and authorization flows. • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and test data management. • Proven ability to design and build testing frameworks from scratch. • Experience working independently in remote, async-first environments. • Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
