📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a core business domain and drive it toward stability and reliability • Write, review, and refactor code while resolving production issues • Systematically reduce technical debt without slowing down product delivery • Collaborate closely with our offshore development team • Make pragmatic technical decisions that balance short-term impact with long-term maintainability • Build foundational testing, monitoring, and documentation that currently don’t exist

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience; • Experience working at a high-growth or scaled company; • Strong fundamentals across multiple languages and framework, specially **PHP/CodeIgniter** and **Ruby on Rails;** • Proven track record of ownership and delivering projects end-to-end; • Comfort working independently and making decisions with imperfect information; • Availability to work in **US or Canada time zones** (fully remote). • Familiarity with **MySQL/Aurora** and **AWS** environments is a plus.
