📋 Description

• Lead UX initiatives from discovery through delivery across digital products. • Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations. • Analyze user behavior, business objectives, and competitive landscapes to inform design decisions. • Define UX strategies aligned with product and business goals. • Create user journeys, user flows, information architecture, and experience maps. • Design wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. • Produce UX documentation, including personas, storyboards, and design specifications. • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Strategists, Researchers, and Visual Designers. • Present and clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders. • Validate solutions through usability testing and iterative design improvements. • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across responsive web experiences. • Support projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design or UX/UI Design. • Strong proficiency with Figma. • Experience designing responsive web applications. • Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing. • Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles. • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes. • Ability to produce clear UX documentation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • A strong online portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design process. • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
