📋 Description
• Brindar atención al cliente para una clínica de salud mediante la Mesa Central • Gestionar llamadas y solicitudes de clientes por Call Center • Trabajar de forma 100% remota • Cumplir una gestión de 48 horas semanales en horario rotativo de lunes a domingo • Atender durante la franja horaria de 6:00 am a 10:00 pm • Mantener disponibilidad para descansos rotativos
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia laboral mínima de 1 año en ATC por Call Center (cualquier rubro) • Vivir en Lima o Callao (indispensable) • Contar con PC o laptop con mínimo 8GB de RAM y Windows 10 Pro o 11 Pro • Contar con internet fijo de 100 megas de velocidad • Operador de Internet: Claro, Movistar o Entel • Auriculares con micrófono o headset • Mouse • Estudios: Junior High School
