📋 Description
• Atender a clientes como teleoperador en el área de agendamiento de citas • Gestionar atención al cliente para el rubro salud • Trabajar 48 horas semanales en horario rotativo de turno mañana • Gestionar llamadas de lunes a viernes dentro de la franja de 7:00 a. m. a 7:00 p. m. y sábados de 8:00 a. m. a 1:00 p. m. • Descansar los domingos
🎯 Requirements
• Secundaria Completa • 1 año de ATC call center cualquier rubro • PC o Laptop con mínimo 8GB de RAM y Windows 10 o 11 Pro • Internet fijo de 50 megas de velocidad • Operador de Internet: Claro, Movistar o Entel • Auriculares con micrófono o Headset • Vivir en Lima o Callao (indispensable)
