• 10+ years’ experience in People/HR, with at least 5 years dedicated to building and managing a global total rewards function. • Proven track record in designing and implementing innovative, scalable, and equitable international Total Rewards programs in a fast-paced environment, for North America, Europe and Brazil. • Ability to build employee-centric rewards programs while expertly balancing global business goals and local financial and legal boundaries. • Deep analytical skills with the ability to utilize complex data sets to influence decision-making at all levels. • A collaborator who isn’t afraid to get in the weeds and believes that transparency empowers decision-making and ownership. • Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. • Detail-oriented, focused on flawlessness in work product and deliverables. • Self-starter with the ability to work with little direction and produce exceptional results; able to thrive in highly dynamic settings and lead and execute multiple projects concurrently. • Total Rewards experience in the FinTech sector preferred, with private and public company experience a plus.
