📋 Description

• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company vision and user needs in the Web3 ecosystem. • Lead product discovery, user research, and market analysis to identify opportunities and validate features. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch scalable and secure wallet features. • Drive user engagement, retention, and growth through innovative product solutions. • Ensure regulatory compliance and incorporate best practices for security and privacy. • Manage and mentor a high-performing product team focused on Web3 technologies and user-centric design. • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management leadership, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech products. • Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), self-custody principles, and blockchain security. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling product teams. • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful product decisions. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and prioritization skills. • Passion for decentralization, privacy, and empowering users in the digital economy.
