• Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule. • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Own detail-oriented HR operations, including HRIS (Rippling) data integrity, employee files, and routine HR reporting. • Support candidate filtering and screening for standard, high volume roles, and provide light recruiting support.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience • 2 to 4 years of HR experience with direct ownership of payroll processing and benefits administration. • Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment law, wage and hour rules, and HR compliance practices. • Hands on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Rippling preferred), with strong comfort using data and spreadsheets. • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with the ability to meet recurring deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
