📋 Description

• Develop and maintain monthly social content calendars for multiple client accounts, aligned to each client's brand voice, goals, and campaigns • Write platform-appropriate copy and produce creative assets (graphics, short-form video, stories) for each client • Schedule and publish content across platforms using a social scheduling tool, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery • Prepare monthly performance reports for each client, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations to improve results • Monitor accounts for engagement opportunities and flag timely trends or issues to the account team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across distinct brand voices • Proficiency with design and creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar) • Experience with social scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer) • Comfort with analytics — pulling platform data, interpreting it, and presenting it clearly to clients • Excellent organization and time management; able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without close supervision • Working knowledge of current best practices across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
