📋 Description

• Leading and/or participating in the project team to develop optimal solutions for client business challenges. Guiding the client through design, architecture, estimation, and delivery. • Winning new business by working cross-functionally with sales and delivery to develop client proposals and presentations around process and solution options, clearly explaining technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision making. • Managing client engagements at all levels of client interaction with responsibility for product and technical content. • Providing thought leadership around TTEC's core GTM solutions internally and externally. • Leading technical workshops to drive enablement and business development. • Establishing TTEC as a recognized leader in technology-led innovation through public speaking and published thought leadership. • Leveraging industry and Microsoft contacts to generate new business opportunities and revenue. • Delivering strategic thought leadership by participating in multiple client engagements simultaneously in both pre-sales and delivery capacities.

🎯 Requirements

• Consulting leadership experience working for a Microsoft partner with spectacular client references. • Experience in client relationship and team building. • Minimum of 5 years’ project leadership experience, including 2+ years’ experience leading enterprise-level projects in a professional services or consulting environment. • Ability to shape strong client presentations and narratives that influence and commit people to change. • 2-3 years’ experience performing pre-sales activities along with 4+ years’ experience working with relevant Microsoft CRM / D365 CE technology in a professional services/consulting environment. • Mastery of D365 Enterprise Applications including previous technical skills with Dynamics 365 CRM including design, architecture, installation, configuration, deployment and customization. • Preferred experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, Data / AI, Customer Insights, Power BI, Modern Workplace, etc. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred. Master’s a plus. • Certification in relevant Microsoft discipline(s) preferred. • Previous experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. • Travel up to 50% nationally
