📋 Description

• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions • Translate business needs into actionable insights • Ensure high-quality data delivery • Drive measurable business outcomes • Perform end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) • Provide data engineering services and write code to automate data pipelines • Develop insights, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making • Create data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data • Use advanced mathematical, statistical, and computer science concepts for algorithms • Ensure data quality, validation, and governance standards are met • Verify model and algorithm effectiveness based on real-world results • Communicate insights clearly to business and executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business/data analytics or related roles • Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in cross-functional environments • Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience • Experience leading analytics delivery in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, Confluence) • Ability to communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences • Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms • Familiarity with data modeling and data pipelines • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) • Understanding of data governance principles (data quality, lineage, metadata, auditability) • Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities • Experience with data validation, testing, and quality assurance • Ability to work with large, complex datasets
