📋 Description
• Collaborate with faculty and Learning Design & Development (LD&D) team members to design, develop, and continuously improve learner-centered educational experiences across online, hybrid, and face-to-face modalities. • Apply learning experience design (LXD), instructional design best practices, AI-assisted tools, and learning analytics to ensure high-quality, accessible, and outcomes-driven courses aligned with SoPA workflows, QA standards, and term readiness processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field. • 2 years of experience supporting online or blended course development and LMS platforms (Canvas preferred). • Experience in higher education instructional design • Experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) • Familiarity with AI tools for learning design • Experience supporting faculty training or development programs • Experience aligning instructional materials and assessments with course and program learning outcomes
