• Provide essential administrative support to the entire team • Actively contribute to the day-to-day operations of the department in the following areas: • Update HR documents and databases (e.g., organizational charts, employee lists, directories). • Format letters or internal communications. • Layout presentations or documents. • Assist with updating policies or procedures. • File and scan documents.
• Must hold a College Diploma (DEC) in General Administration, Office Technology, or another appropriate college discipline from a school recognized by the competent ministry; or a DEC combined with a relevant undergraduate university certificate; or a relevant Attestation of College Studies (AEC) of 800 hours or more combined with relevant experience in the targeted field. • Experience in administrative support, ideally in a Human Resources department or in a complex administrative environment. • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort with various management software. • Ability to quickly learn new systems (e.g., Logibec, Sigma). • Rigor, attention to detail, and high accuracy in data handling. • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills (writing, emails, request follow-up). • Discretion, sense of confidentiality, and respect for personal information standards. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. • Good judgment, diplomacy and a customer-service orientation. • Knowledge of HR processes (pre-employment, absences, salary insurance, occupational health and safety) — an asset. • Experience in the healthcare network or in a unionized environment — an asset. • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written); Inuktitut is an asset.
