âą Own the end-to-end development and execution of TurbineOne's international partnership program across Europe and MENA âą Identify and secure technology, channel, integration, distribution, manufacturing, and strategic partners âą Build relationships with European defense primes, systems integrators, OEMs, DefenseTech companies, and government and NATO innovation organizations âą Align partnerships with Sales objectives, target accounts, programs, and pursuits âą Establish scalable partnership processes, systems, governance, playbooks, and operating models âą Lead commercial and strategic diligence for prospective partnerships âą Evaluate partner capabilities, reputation, technical fit, financial stability, customer access, competitive positioning, incentives, and execution risk âą Coordinate technical, operational, legal, contracts, security, compliance, financial, and business reviews âą Develop Go/No-Go recommendations and executive decision briefings âą Structure and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, memorandums of understanding, reseller agreements, distribution agreements, and strategic alliance agreements âą Build onboarding processes, governance models, sales-facing rules of engagement, and success metrics âą Expand TurbineOne's reach across European and MENA defense markets âą Develop partner enablement strategies and joint go-to-market, co-selling, demonstration, capture, proposal, and marketing initiatives âą Manage ongoing partner relationships and periodic business reviews âą Communicate partnership portfolio performance, pipeline, risks, and strategic opportunities to executive leadership âą Create partner competencies, playbooks, onboarding materials, enablement assets, and rules of engagement
âą 10+ years in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Alliance Management, Sales, or related commercial leadership roles âą Meaningful responsibility for international markets âą Significant experience in defense, national security, aerospace, or DefenseTech; direct DefenseTech experience strongly preferred âą Prior direct, quota-carrying sales experience with responsibility for pipeline development, opportunity management, forecasting, and revenue attainment âą Understanding of complex defense technology sales from customer engagement through evaluation, capture, procurement, negotiation, and award âą Demonstrated success building and managing strategic partnerships contributing to measurable pipeline, revenue, customer access, or program wins âą Experience across European defense markets; MENA experience a plus âą Familiarity with defense primes, systems integrators, OEMs, national procurement environments, and industry teaming structures âą Understanding of international business development, distribution models, channel partnerships, and joint go-to-market motions âą Experience structuring and reviewing U.S. and international commercial agreements âą Working knowledge of ITAR, export controls, intellectual property, government contracting compliance, and international defense business requirements âą Comfortable with extensive European and MENA travel and startup speed
