📋 Description

• Develop and execute the company’s enablement strategy aligned with business objectives. • Build scalable onboarding and continuing education programs. • Create competency-based learning paths by role. • Maintain annual enablement roadmap and curriculum. • Define milestone assessments and readiness checkpoints. • Measure time to productivity and onboarding effectiveness. • Partner with commercial leaders on field coaching and development to assess skill gaps, develop coaching strategies, conduct ride-along, facilitate role-playing sessions, deliver reinforcement training, and support leadership coaching initiatives. • Develop training curricula, learning pathways, and certification programs. • Support ongoing reinforcement of training through structured learning plans and field enablement activities. • Ensure consistent adoption of best practices across the commercial organization. • Serve as a central point of coordination between commercial, clinical, product, marketing, and operational teams. • Build repeatable playbooks for key business processes. • Drive organizational readiness for product launches and strategic initiatives. • Ensure roles, responsibilities, and workflows are clearly defined across stakeholders. • Serve as a key business owner for commercial technology platforms. • Drive process optimization within technology platforms. • Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business insights to show effectiveness. • Improve data quality, governance, and reporting consistency across the organization. • Evaluate and implement tools that improve efficiency, collaboration, and scalability. • Lead organizational change initiatives associated with new processes, systems, and business strategies. • Develop communication plans, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement approaches to support change management. • Measure adoption and effectiveness of enablement and operational initiatives. • Manage strategic projects from planning through execution and sustainment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience in commercial training, sales enablement, clinical education, or commercial operations. • Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or life sciences. • Experience developing adult learning programs. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills. • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial organizations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Project management experience.
