📋 Description

• Lead development, integration, and management of the Program Master Schedule for multi‑billion‑dollar aviation programs. • Establish and enforce Turner & Townsend scheduling standards, procedures, and governance frameworks. • Lead schedule risk analysis, critical path evaluation, and probabilistic forecasting. • Deliver high-clarity dashboards, KPIs, and schedule performance narratives for client leadership and governance boards. • Lead and mentor a team of schedulers, analysts, and controls professionals across multiple projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or program management for major capital programs. • Proven experience in aviation, transportation, or federal infrastructure. • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and enterprise scheduling systems. • Strong command of schedule risk analysis, critical path methodology, and forensic delay analysis. • Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
