📋 Description
• Function as administrative point person on the TurnPoint Service Desk team • Leading meetings with client stakeholders • Reviewing tickets to identify items needing attention • Escalating VIP tickets • Maintaining awareness of current work and status • Create tasks related to client onsite visits • Exemplify and champion superior client communication and service • Track, route and redirect issues to correct resources
🎯 Requirements
• Background in customer service • Enthusiasm for technology • No previous tech experience required • Obtain and maintain technical certifications as required • Ability to move equipment and lift 50 lbs. as required
