📋 Description

• You create creative video content for TikTok and Instagram and appear on camera yourself • You develop formats that grow organically: entertaining, authentic, and offering behind-the-scenes insights into our brand • You produce videos for paid ads together with our team, from the hook through to the CTA • You contribute your own ideas: spotting trends, adapting them, and translating them into our brand world • You work closely with our performance marketing team and learn what makes a video successful (Hook Rate, Hold Rate & co.)

🎯 Requirements

• You are confident, authentic, and self-assured on camera – this is the most important requirement • You are alert, creative, and have a feel for what works on TikTok and Instagram • You can shoot and edit videos independently (e.g., CapCut, Premiere or comparable tools) • You understand the difference between organic content and advertising videos, or are eager to learn it quickly • Initiative and reliability: you don’t need a finished shooting plan to get started • Very good German language skills, spoken and written • Residence in the Stuttgart area
